Tiny Dog Has Been Barking Nonstop For 6 Years

I love dogs, but this dog would have to go. I like bigger dogs anyway. I am not much for little ankle bitters yipping all day. I wouldn't use a shock collar either. If you have ever put one on and yelled you would know why. It's not a pleasant feeling. That being said, many dogs like this are out there. It works the best if you live in the country though. I wouldn't want some crazy neighbor killing my dog because it won't shut up. To bad the owners isn't the guy that can't stop hiccuping. That would be funny as hell for reality TV. Hearing him try to tell the dog to be quiet.

Then woof! woof! bark! bark!

A classic in the making! You just need to get some people together and you could call it "Who wants to live with Mr. Hiccup and Yipper" The last person left wins, as long as they don't kill either the dog,hiccup guy, or themselves first.
